South Dakota Licenses

1. Allopathic (MD) and Osteopathic (DO) Physicians
2. MD or DO Post Graduate Resident Training Program License

As a medical professional licensed by this Board, renewal of your South Dakota license is entirely your responsibility. Reminders, if sent, are a courtesy. The licensing board is under no obligation to send reminders to renew a professional license.
